The staff was unfriendly and unresponsive, as I repeatedly asked to speak to the manager but was ignored. The breakfast was disappointingly average, and the service during meal times left much to be desired.

The lack of nearby commercial businesses is noticeable!!! Future guests should prepare for a longer walk to the women's entrance at the mosque—800m!!! Avoid bank transfer requests from the hotel to prevent unnecessary hassle!!!
